Acid-Resistant Pipes
Depending on the manufacturing method, stainless steel pipes – including acid-resistant ones – can be supplied in two forms: annealed or unannealed. What does this mean? The annealing process removes stress created during forming or welding, which in turn increases the material’s resistance to corrosion. This treatment also makes cold forming easier, especially during bending.
